If you core is having issues detecting when it is in the charger versus in the garment, follow the troubleshooting steps below before reaching out to customersuccess@liveathos.com for next steps.

If your app does not read the core in the garment in 1 minute:

  1. Remove the core from the garment and then snap the core back in. Check the detection in the Gear tab.
  2. Remove the core from the garment and wipe down the back of the core and inside of the core mount with a damp toil or disinfectant wipe. Snap the core back in and check the detection in the Gear tab.
  3. Remove the core from the garment and place it back on the charger for a few seconds. Snap the core back in and check the detection in the Gear tab.
  4. Remove the core from the garment and place it on the charger. Press the button on the back of the charger for ~2seconds until lights on the core flash. Once the core returns to a solid color, snap it back into the garment and check the detection in the Gear tab.
