Athos takes the information from your muscles and evaluates how you used those muscles throughout a given workout session. This works with any programming or activity you choose. At the end of that session see stats on your heart rate, active time, time spent resting and calories burned amongst other stats.

After you’ve finished at least three (3) workouts for the week you’ll get access to your Performance Insights, illuminating the current weeks’ Top Problem. After two consecutive weeks of workouts, you’ll receive access to insights on that Top Problem that evaluate how you do week over week. Athos will also send you a supplemental workout plan to do the suggested number of times per week to get better at your Top Problem.

As you progress, your Top Problem will change as you tackle your previous movement deficiency.
